The following resources are available at Royal High School. Parents are encouraged to utilize these resources if they have any concerns about their student's academic performance.

__ Agenda Book
- Helpful tool to record assignments, test dates, project due dates, etc.
- Student is responsible for filling out the information on a daily basis
- As requested- teacher and parent initial daily

__ Webgrades
- Allows students and parents to view grades posted by participating teachers

- click on the webgrades link (left hand side)
- Follow the instructions to access students’ grades
- The student's 6 digit ID number is required to log-in
__ Weekly Progress Reports
- Student picks up a Weekly Progress Report on Friday mornings from one of the Counseling Office secretaries
- Student hands the form to each teacher at the beginning of each period. The teacher will then complete the form and return it by the end of the period (Student is responsible for making sure this is completed- not the teacher)
- Student brings the completed form to the Counseling Office at the end of the school day and has it verified by his or her counselor (at counselor or parent request)
- Student brings the fully completed form home to review with parent(s)/guardian(s)
__ Conference with Parent(s)/Guardian(s), Student, Teacher(s), and Counselor
- Collaboration to determine area(s) of needed support and guidance
- Discussion of resources available for student and parent
- Team determines course of action
- Contact student’s counselor to schedule
