Upon graduating with her BA from ASU, Mrs. Ruppert worked as an early interventionist, providing therapy and social services to families with children diagnosed with developmental disabilities. Although very rewarding, she branched out to work with adolescents and adults with disabilities as a vocational case manager, assisting individuals with their transition to successful members of the work force. Her love for helping others drove her to further her career when she went back to school to receive her Master in Education and School Counseling.
Since then, she has enjoyed being a school counselor in both Arizona and southern California where she counseled students of all ages from elementary to high school. Most recently coming from middle school, Jennifer is excited to embark on another journey working with high school students again and join her new family at Royal.
Mrs. Ruppert looks forward to assisting students and their families in achieving their high school goals and accomplishing their ultimate future ambitions.
