About us:

The Video Production Department was started by veteran teacher, Fred Kemp. Mr. Kemp established the Video Production class which focused on the principles of narrative film construction. He developed student film crews who filmed the campus news and happenings. He also helped kick off our Royal Broadcasting program by completing the construction of our news studio.  Since his retirement, Ms. De La Torre has evolved the Video Production program to include challenging video projects which helps the students understand the production side of filmmaking. The school is also preparing to broadcast "Royal 3 News" campus wide and to host the show here on this website.

Dear Parents,

I would like to welcome you and your child to Video Production! I am looking forward to an exciting new year. The Video Production department covers the technology and development of film and television. Students will be writing, producing, directing, filming and editing their own original films. While we do supply equipment, we are requesting $20.00 from each class member to help with consumable items costs. You will be provided with a tax-deductible receipt for your records. Donations are accepted throughout the year. Please visit our online student store and click on the tab for video Production to make your donation.
